The MAGA Republicans we're going to beat

We plan to flip 4 republican House seats and defend a 5th right here in WA. The DNC and Cook Political Report have identified Colorado Congressional District(CD) 8, California CD-48, Arizona CD-1 and Michigan CD-7 as pick opportunities for the Democrats. Direct voter contact aka knocking doors is the proven best way to win elections so we're going to fly out to those places to win them!

We have veteran organizers who have agreed to lead the charge to all 5 CD's. They will help you plan travel, coordinate with the organizations on the ground who will receive us and learn how to knock doors if you never have. Abe Jacobsen

Abe Jacobson and Carole Jacobson have done door-to-door canvassing for Democratic candidates for 18 years in Whatcom County. In 2018 we ventured out on two months of Sunday canvassing drives for Kim Schrier to flip Congressional District 8 centered on (hilly!) Issaquah. In the elections of 2020 and 2024, we went for the second half of October to the (scorching!) Phoenix area to canvass for Democrats. We're not quite dead yet.

Kelly Krieger

I’m Kelly Krieger, a member of the Whatcom Democrats E board, and highly energetic community organizer. I spent time in Arizona last Fall pre election, and saw how much difference these efforts can make! I’m an expert doorknocker, and am happy to train anyone who wants to join. You’ll find this a fun and impactful experience!

Andrew is a precinct officer for the Whatcom Democrats and Indivisible Bellingham's Democracy and Elections lead. He started as a political organizer in 2006 campaigning for Sherrod Brown's race for Senate. He managed door teams in Fort Collins, CO, lobbying for solar energy as well as a team of street fundraisers in SEA and CHI signing up donors for a child poverty NGO. He travelled to AZ Congressional District 1 in '24 to knock doors and figured it'd be fun to do it again this year!

Dan has volunteered for various democratic candidates over years. Most recently, he was one of the volunteer leaders for the DCCC phonebanking effort targeting winnable seats in the House for the 2024 elections.
